Part 1
Arriving in Bangladesh
At the head office we go through fabrics, materials and new ideas. That is also where I hear they make zippers out of plastic waste.
Production
Our clothing is made in Bangladesh, where Jurren walked through the factory himself and filmed what he saw. On this page you can watch it and read what we work with.
Filmed by Jurren during his visit to the factory in Bangladesh.
Part 1
At the head office we go through fabrics, materials and new ideas. That is also where I hear they make zippers out of plastic waste.
Part 2
A rainy day at the factory, past the room where our fabrics are stored. You can see how much still has to happen before there is a T-shirt.
Part 3
The whole process up close: patterns, mixing colours, cutting, stitching and screen printing. Twenty-four people work on a single T-shirt.
We go there ourselves
Jurren visited the production site in Dhaka, walked the floor and filmed what he saw. You can watch all of it above.
We pick fabric on feel and lifespan
335 GSM on our newest T-shirts and 450 GSM on hoodies. Organic combed cotton, pre-washed so it holds its shape better.
If something goes wrong, we fix it
One year quality guarantee on seams, fabric and finish under normal use. And 30 days free returns.
What we cannot prove yet
We do not yet know exactly where every part comes from, such as labels and packaging. We are finding that out, and as soon as we know for sure it will be here.
These are things the factory does, not things we did ourselves.
I am writing them down the way I saw and heard them during my visit.
Jurren goes back. Leave your question here and he will take it with him.
Answers end up on this page afterwards.
